The Bride
For our 1st date I picked a nice intimate Brazilian Steak house restaurant. I met Koye at the restaurant & as soon as I saw him I noticed that he was sooo nervous, it was written all over his face. Y'all know what that means he didn't want to disappoint this girl ;-) lol!! I greeted him and tried to be chill so he can relax but he didn't. The restaurant was set up like a buffet, but it wasn't really a buffet so Koye was under the impression that he had to pay first. As he reached for his wallet he dropped it lol. After that, I believe the waiter also noticed that he was tense. The waiter quickly said “no sir you can pay after” lol. Long story short, Koye was so nervous he didn't speak to me the whole date. I did all the talking and he was just responding. After our 1st date I felt like him & I were not a good fit for each other so I stopped answering his phone calls. Prior to the date we chatted often on the phone & learned a lot about each other such as where we both worked. At the time I was working overnights at Walgreens pharmacy. So after about three days of ignoring his calls, Koye showed up at my counter asking me what aisle Tylenol was in because he had a migraine (Mind you it was 1:00 am, what a convenient time to purchase meds) lol how cute is that? I said aisle 13 & he said thx. I then asked why he drove pass 4 to 5 Walgreen's that was closer to his house at 1:00 in the morning to get to my store for a bottle of Tylenol? He just smiled…so as
we all say the rest is history.....Mimo
